Tay Ninh to build 28,000 houses in 2024

Southern Tay Ninh province has set a target of developing over 28,000 houses in 2024, according to the provincial People’s Committee.

This includes more than 3,000 social housing units, 2,000 resettlement housing units, and over 11,700 commercial houses.

They will provide accommodation for 950,000 residents.

Tay Ninh plans to allocate nearly 85,780 ha of land for the construction of these houses.

Its total floor area is estimated to increase by over 3 million sq m this year, with an average floor area per capita of around 29.5 sq m.

Housing construction is part of the province’s plan to develop social housing under the government plan on building at least 1 million social housing units for low income earners and workers at industrial parks in the 2021-2030 period.
