Thanh Hoa approves planning for Bac Hoang Hoa Industrial Park

The People’s Committee of Thanh Hoa province in central Vietnam has approved a planning project for the Bac Hoang Hoa Industrial Park,  locating in Hoang Phu and Hoang Giang communes.

The planned development spans approximately 256 hectares, of which 250.55 hectares are allocated for industrial activities and 5.41 hectares designated for supporting infrastructure outside the park.

The industrial park will be divided into two main zones, including Zone A, covering 171.17 hectares on the west side of the projected North-South high-speed railway; and Zone B, covering 79.38 hectares on the east side.

Following a multi-industry model, the park will prioritize large-scale enterprises, aligning with Thanh Hoa's broader strategies for industrialization and modernization.

Upon completion, Bac Hoang Hoa Industrial Park is expected to create jobs for around 23,400 workers, contributing significantly to local socio-economic development and enhancing the province’s competitiveness in attracting investment and promoting sustainable industrial growth.
