The Department of Planning and Investment of central Thanh Hoa province is calling for investors to build a resettlement area in its city of the same name.

The project will cover 11.32ha in Nam Ngan and Dong Tho wards, Thanh Hoa city.

Total investment capital is estimated at over VND1.08 trillion ($42.5 million). Of which, over VND42.9 billion ($1.68 million) will be used for compensation and site clearance.

Construction of the project will last no longer than 4 years after the investor is chosen.

The deadline for investors to submit applications is August 26, 2024.

Registered investors are required to have a minimum ownership capital of VND226 billion ($8.8 million).
