The People’s Committee of central Thua Thien-Hue province has approved a planning for a tourism trade services and entertainment complex, which will cover over 328 ha in Phu Loc district.
The complex will be divided into four sub-areas.
Sub-area A, covering 73.26 ha, will provide tourism and sports services, including adventure tourism.
Sub-area B, covering 89.79 ha, will provide coastal accommodation for tourists and lagoon tourism experience.
Sub-area C, covering 84.32 ha, will feature luxurious tourism services along mountains in combination of medical tourism.
Sub-area D, covering 80.7 ha, will offer tourism services on Hai Phu lagoon.
These sub-areas are connected via a main transport axis of the project.
The provincial authorities will give priorities to investment in building and completing technical infrastructure to serve the project.
