The US-based Rosen Partners LLC plans to build a world-class amusement park in Hanoi to bring its renowned brand to Vietnam’s capital, according to its Managing Director Daniel Rosen, the Government News has reported.

Mr. Rosen revealed the plans during a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai in Hanoi on November 2.

He stressed that Vietnam is a market full of investment potential and the group’s brand is expected to help attract more tourists to Hanoi.

He also shared ideas on investing in infrastructure development in the city and hoped to receive assistance from the Vietnamese Government to conduct long-term investment in the country. From these initial steps, given its relations, Rosen Partners LLC will call on more businesses to invest in Vietnam, he said.

Deputy Prime Minister Khai emphasized that Vietnam welcomes foreign groups, including Rosen Partners LLC, to invest in the construction and real estate market.

It prioritizes investments in new and trending sectors, such as hi-tech application, green transformation, and commercial infrastructure.

The Vietnamese Government will create favorable conditions for Rosen Partners LLC’s project in Hanoi, he said.

The US is Vietnam’s leading investment partner, with 1,306 valid projects and capital of $11.8 billion.

Two-way trade exceeded $123 billion in 2022, up 11 per cent year-on-year.
