The Vietnam Artificial Intelligence Day (AI4VN) 2024 is scheduled to open in Hanoi on August 23 with the theme of “Unlock the power of Generative AI”, the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) online newspaper has reported.

The event is expected to attract a large number of experts, and leaders of technology and AI-developing businesses in Vietnam and other countries, along with many universities.

Domestic and foreign experts will deliver speeches on clarifying the trends in the world and how countries are adapting and taking full advantage of the AI technology’s strengths.

They will also discuss potential opportunities and challenges occurring in the development and application of AI in Vietnam.

A number of AI workshops will be slated throughout the event related to issues on AI Automation, the application of AI in small and medium-sized enterprises in Vietnam, data center and AI Cloud, and the application of AI in the health sector.

An AI Expo will take place during the event featuring the involvement of booths displaying typical AI products of enterprises, institutes, and schools.
