A total of 86 entrepreneurs were recognized as Outstanding Young Startup Entrepreneurs 2026, while one young entrepreneur with a disability received an honorary Outstanding Young Startup Entrepreneur award at a ceremony held in northern Hai Phong city on June 10.
The award recipients collectively led businesses that generated VND4.45 trillion ($169 million) in revenue in 2025, with combined profits of VND95.8 billion. Their companies contributed VND48.34 billion to the state budget and provided employment for 3,726 workers.
The Top 10 Outstanding Young Startup Entrepreneurs generated particularly strong results, reporting total revenue of VND1.89 trillion, profits of VND37.31 billion and employment for 729 workers.
The annual recognition program is jointly organized by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Vietnam Youth Federation and the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association. It aims to encourage and celebrate young business leaders who have achieved notable success in entrepreneurship while fostering a spirit of innovation and healthy competition within Vietnam’s young business community.
Since its launch, the program has become one of the country's most prestigious awards for young entrepreneurs. Over nine editions, it has honored 730 outstanding young business leaders, helping to promote entrepreneurship, innovation and business development among Vietnam's younger generation.
Organizers said the award continues to serve as an important platform for recognizing entrepreneurial achievement and inspiring new startup ventures across the country.
