In the framework of the Vietnam New Economic Forum 2026 (VNEF 2026) held in Hanoi on October 3, the 23rd Excellent Brands took place, with the Vietnam Economic Association and Tap chi Kinh te Viet Nam / Vietnam Economic Times / VnEconomy acting as co-organizers.

The Excellent Bands was initiated by  former Thoi bao Kinh te Viet Nam, now Tap chi Kinh te Viet Nam / Vietnam Economic Times /VnEconomy, in 2003 to honor enterprises  which make outstanding contributions to Vietnam's socio-economic development.

This year, the event honored outstanding corporate brands in five categories: Leading Enterprises in the Digital Era; Leading Private Enterprises; Pioneering Green Transition Enterprises; Outstanding Development Enterprises; and Leading State-owned Enterprises.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Dao Quang Binh, Secretary General of the Vietnam Economic Association and Deputy Chairman of the Editorial Board of Tap chi Kinh te Viet Nam/Vietnam Economic Times/VnEconomy, stated that for 23 years of accompanying the business community, the Excellent Brands Program has continuously made positive contributions to the development of localities and the national economy, enhancing cooperation connections among the business community, and creating a platform for economic and cultural exchanges as well as sharing experiences in production, business, and brand development.
