4,500 HCMC businesses to dismiss workers

Nearly 4,500 businesses in Ho Chi Minh City plan to cut their workforce in the closing months of the year. But according to the city’s Center for Manpower Forecasting and Labor Market Information, demand for staff in the fourth quarter will see positive changes after the long period of social distancing.
