9M budget revenue at $48 bln

Total State budget revenue this year as of September stood at nearly VND1.085 quadrillion ($48 billion). The budget balance remained in surplus, at VND54.2 trillion ($2.4 billion), but this may not be as good as it sounds, as it was due to lower spending than revenue earned and slow spending due to time-consuming procedures.
