The An Binh Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ABBANK) signed a cooperative agreement with the Binh Tien Consumer Goods Producing Co., Ltd. (Biti’s) on September 5, under which they will work together based on four main goals: creating a happy customer experience; building and spreading a happy culture in the community; sharing and cooperating in business opportunities; and creating new values based on the combination of strengths of the two parties.

The signing ceremony was the first step in the diverse cooperation between ABBANK and Biti’s, based on similarities in their business philosophy of customer happiness. It is expected that the two sides will cooperate in many aspects, from products and services to customers, distribution channels, promotional activities, and policies.

Mr. Pham Duy Hieu, General Director of ABBANK, said its model of assisting businesses provides opportunities to boost strengths and maximize the potential of both. “Biti’s will be both a customer and partner of ABBANK to not only create more benefits for both sides but also to create new values for the market and consumers,” he said. “This is also one of the steps to realize the customer strategy ABBANK has pursued over the years.”

Similarly, Ms. Vu Le Quyen, CEO of Biti’s, said the mission of Biti’s is to build a community that works and studies happily and effectively. “The cooperation with ABBANK not only helps the two businesses maximize each other’s potential but also presents an opportunity for Biti’s to spread the service spirit, cherishing the experience and convenience of customers,” she added.
