Northern Bac Ninh province will strive to become an economic center of the northern region and a growth pole of the Red River Delta with comprehensive and modern socio-economic infrastructure by 2030.

Under its master planning for 2021-2030 with a vision to 2050, which has been approved by the government, the province will have 25 industrial parks and 30 industrial clusters, including high-tech and eco-industrial parks.

It also plans to invest in four expressways, bringing its total to 190 km.

Bac Ninh will also conduct planning to build an airport on 245 ha in Gia Binh district and also build four seaports. Studies will also be conducted to develop a metro line.

By 2030, the province targets building three logistics centers in Bac Ninh city, Yen Phong district, and Que Vo commune, and 15 commercial centers.
