South-central Binh Dinh province plans to call for investment in developing 216 housing projects in 2024 under a housing development plan approved by the Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee.

These include 182 commercial and urban area projects, 12 social projects, and 22 resettlement projects. Total land needed is more than 2,760 ha.

The number of housing units to be built this year is estimated at over 79,900, including 10,298 apartments and 6,217 social houses.

Key projects include the construction of an urban, tourism, culture, and sports area, which will cover 286 ha and have 8,580 houses; a 73-ha urban area with 1,643 houses; a 47.7-ha urban area with 1,073 houses; and a 42.4-ha urban area with 956 houses.

Investors are encouraged to build modern and environmentally-friendly housing with comprehensive infrastructure.
