CAAV to classify airports

The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) has proposed classifying airports into three zones: green (A), yellow (B), and red (C), in a bid to reopen domestic passenger routes. One-way flights from Group A to Groups A, B, and C will not have passenger limits, but they must have tested negative to Covid-19 within 72 hours of travel.
