The CT Group held the “Vietnam - Hong Kong: New Vision - New Opportunities - Smart Cities Leaders Forum” at the Island Shangri-La Hotel in Hong Kong (China) on November 22.
The forum saw the participation of more than 100 large corporations in Vietnam and elsewhere. Attending and speaking were Mr. Pham Binh Dam, Consul General of the Consulate General of Vietnam in Hong Kong (China), Mr. Pham Khoi Nguyen, former Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, and leading professors and doctors from top 10 universities and colleges in Hong Kong (China).
The event is special not only because it was the first conference after Hong Kong (China) reopened, but was also the first meeting between Vietnam and Hong Kong (China) business leaders after the official meeting between government leaders from Vietnam and China.
It was distinctive, with a host of scientific papers presented. CT Group representatives deeply analyzed the potential of and business opportunities in Vietnam and bilateral and multilateral cooperation methods between the parties. The conference discussed new strategies to develop smart cities, green cities, and economic belts, revealing great potential for development cooperation between Vietnam and other countries.
The speech on the research of Professor Hu Shao Ming Herman and Professor Howard Pong Yuen Lam attracted major attention from guests. The conference ended in an atmosphere of excitement and positivity.
