On August 11, at the GEM Center in Ho Chi Minh City, the CT Group was honored to be a winner at the HR Asia Awards (HRAA) - Best Companies To Work For In Asia 2022, organized by HR Asia Magazine - the region’s most-circulated publication for senior HR (human resources) professionals.
This is the second time the CT Group has won the prestigious award and the first time it has surpassed nearly 600 competitors in Vietnam to post the highest score: 4.68 out of 5 points. This is 25 per cent higher than the average score of businesses competing across Asia in 2022 and far beyond the average score in Vietnam.
Achieving a position that many businesses in the continent aim for is not easy, because the list of “Best Companies To Work For In Asia 2022” is selected through an extremely rigorous evaluation process through the Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) survey, which is based on a set of criteria including Core, Self, and Group applied to major human resources markets in Asia. Core (Collective Organization for Real Engagement) assesses culture, discipline, management capacity, leadership and agile initiatives; Self (Heart, Mind, Soul) assesses the level of cohesion, pride and emotion at work; and Group (Think, Feel, Do) measures the level of cooperation of members with businesses.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Tien Phuong, Deputy Director of the Community Human Resources Department at the CT Group, said the Group is extremely proud to be among companies with a fantastic working environment in Asia.
