CT Group wins ‘Best Place to Work in Asia’ award

This is the second time the CT Group has picked up the prestigious award.

On August 11, at the GEM Center in Ho Chi Minh City, the CT Group was honored to be a winner at the HR Asia Awards (HRAA) - Best Companies To Work For In Asia 2022, organized by HR Asia Magazine - the region’s most-circulated publication for senior HR (human resources) professionals.

This is the second time the CT Group has won the prestigious award and the first time it has surpassed nearly 600 competitors in Vietnam to post the highest score: 4.68 out of 5 points. This is 25 per cent higher than the average score of businesses competing across Asia in 2022 and far beyond the average score in Vietnam.

Achieving a position that many businesses in the continent aim for is not easy, because the list of “Best Companies To Work For In Asia 2022” is selected through an extremely rigorous evaluation process through the Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) survey, which is based on a set of criteria including Core, Self, and Group applied to major human resources markets in Asia. Core (Collective Organization for Real Engagement) assesses culture, discipline, management capacity, leadership and agile initiatives; Self (Heart, Mind, Soul) assesses the level of cohesion, pride and emotion at work; and Group (Think, Feel, Do) measures the level of cooperation of members with businesses.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Tien Phuong, Deputy Director of the Community Human Resources Department at the CT Group, said the Group is extremely proud to be among companies with a fantastic working environment in Asia. The Group is a center of human development, with a means of instilling wisdom, dignity, skills, and lifestyles. Its “360-degree welfare policy” cares for the development of physical and spiritual life in all aspects. On the 30th anniversary of the CT Group’s establishment, it initiated an attractive ESOP stock bonus scheme, with even a chauffeur receiving shares worth VND10 billion ($425,400) and lifetime insurance with high incentives.

Employees also have the opportunity to access physical training to improve their health and experience a positive life with the CT Group. The Group also regularly organizes entertainment activities, social participation, tourism, and vacations every year. Moreover, the journey of the CT Group Caravan is one of the important pieces in building the corporate culture at the Group. This activity was inspired by a program at the West Point Military Academy in the US, which has trained many global leaders. The CT Group offers an opportunity for all to join hands and contact the community right away, the poor, the weak in society, because the core value of the CT Group is a focus on the community.

For young people who love hi-tech, the CT Group is the door to access science and technology from around the world and enter the future 4.0 of humanity. The Group is also a place where ordinary employees can become great employees.

After three decades of establishment and development, in its second 30-year plan, the CT Group aims for its human resources to reach 25,000 employees by 2025. It has been attracting outstanding talent not only domestically but also from all over the world, in fields such as high technology (Cell Tech, Fintech, AI, Protech, Flytech, and Clean Energy), construction, and sales and marketing, etc., to contribute to diversifying staff and serving the strategy of technological transformation with a scale spread throughout the Group, including 50 member companies and offices in many countries around the world.

Having been honored in the Best Companies To Work For In Asia 2022 for a second time, the CT Group not only affirms its position but also prepares for upcoming global integration, becoming “classic, quality, different” in creating an ideal and desirable working environment for the community.
