The People’s Committee of central Da Nang city has approved the investment policy for a creative space project in Hoa Xuan ward, Cam Le district.

The project will cover 172,980 sq m.

The space will comprise functional subdivisions serving work demand for the information technology industry and other sectors; cultural, fitness - sports venues, and other high-end auxiliary facilities with sufficient modern amenities.

It is one of key information technology projects of the city to serve the development of the information technology industry in connection with the construction of innovative and startup urban area and smart city, contributing to promoting the city’s digital economy.
