First international logistics exhibition set for HCMC in August

250 businesses from 22 countries and territories expected to attend August 10-12 expo.

The first Vietnam International Logistics Exhibition (VILOG) is scheduled to be held in Ho Chi Minh City from August 10-12, gathering together leaders from the global logistics industry.

Around 250 businesses from 22 countries and territories are expected to take part, with over 1,300 booths showcasing products and technologies relating to transport, delivery, warehouse and stevedoring services, packaging, and IT application in logistics, according to the organizer, the Vietnam Logistics Business Association (VLA) and the Vietnam National Trade Fair and Advertising Company (Vinexad).

JGL Worldwide and DPWorld, two major players in the global logistics industry, will also attend the expo.

It presents a great opportunity for domestic and international logistics service businesses as well as the community of investors, developers, and other stakeholders to exchange, cooperate, consult, and select solutions to optimize the logistics procedures of enterprises.

A series of workshops and B2B activities will be held on the sidelines of the exhibition to help businesses explore new trends in the industry.
