Grand K Hotel Suites Hanoi officially opened on December 28, with total investment of nearly VND1 trillion ($42.5 million).

Invested in by Constrxim - HOD, Grand K Hotel Suites Hanoi is part of Golden Park, a complex of offices, hotels and apartments under construction since September 2017. The office, trade service, and apartment block were completed in January 2021.

Located at 2 Pham Van Bach Street, Yen Hoa Ward, in Cau Giay District, Grand K Suites Hanoi Hotel covers the 32nd to the 45th floors of the Golden Park building with a total area of over 4,500 sq m.

The hotel consists of 262 hotel rooms and high-level apartments with restaurants such as Ceiba, Sky 45 Bar & Lounge, and Ivory, as well as the Grand K Ballroom conference room that can seat more than 200 guests.

Mr. Nguyen Trieu Duong, General Director of Constrexim - HOD’s Boards of Directors and General Director of the company, said the hotel aims to meet demand among guests for both short stays and long stays in fully-equipped serviced apartments. “With the hotel model constructed and run by a Vietnamese company, we want to develop a Vietnamese trademark in the field of hotel services,” he noted.

Guests are expected to come from domestic and foreign companies in Hanoi on business trips, and tourist groups from South Korea, Japan, China, and Southeast Asia. MICE combining holiday groups from Asia and Europe are also targets.

Mr. Nguyen Quang, General Manager of the hotel, said its leaders care very much about the environment, even from the smallest things such as environmentally-friendly items like paper straws, glass bottles, and tooth brushes made from corn powder, and environmentally-safe cleaning products. “In the context of digital transformation being a global trend, the hotel also advocates applying technology via various modern apps and features digital technology such as a passport scanner that updates guests’ information on the system, tablets for ordering at restaurants, and smartphone apps for requesting repairs in rooms,” he added.
