Operating under the Office of the Provincial People’s Committee, the Center is tasked with investment promotion, welcoming and guiding investors, and providing essential information. It also serves as a hub for gathering and synthesizing feedback on challenges arising during project implementation and business operations.
By utilizing the newly established digital portal, enterprises can report issues directly through a QR code or a dedicated link, bypassing traditional, time-consuming administrative paperwork.
The information received will be compiled periodically by the Center to serve as a basis for reporting and advising the Provincial People’s Committee. Based on these reports, the Committee will direct relevant departments, agencies, and local authorities to review and resolve issues according to their jurisdiction. This streamlined process is expected to ensure that bottlenecks in production, business, and investment projects are identified and cleared more promptly.
The Center has called upon provincial departments, local People’s Committees, and business associations to collaborate in promoting this new online channel.
