Party General Secretary To Lam has urged northern Hai Phong port city to strive to develop into a city on par with major cities in Asia and a modern maritime economic hub in the future.
During a working session with the municipal Party Committee on November 14, the Party leader also instructed Hai Phong to develop into a modern international port city, leading the country in industrialization and modernization, in order to become an international hub of economics, education, training, science and technology.
