The Hanoi People’s Committee has proposed the Ministry of Planning and Investment divide investment in sub-project No. 3 of the Ring Road No. 4 project into two parts and seek investors.

One part of the sub-project will use State and city budget funds while the other will be conducted under the public-private partnership (PPP) model, with estimated investment of over VND28.4 trillion ($1.2 billion).

Sub-project No. 3 has total investment of more than VND55 trillion ($2.32 billion) and is one of seven sub-projects within the Ring Road No. 4 project.

Ring Road No. 4 has a total length of 112.8 km and covers a combined 1,341 ha. The total cost is estimated at over VND85.8 trillion ($3.6 billion).
