The Asia Smart City Summit 2023 is scheduled to be held in Hanoi from November 29-30 to promote the creation and growth of sustainable smart cities in Vietnam, the Kinh te & Do thi (Economic and Urban Affairs) online newspaper has reported.

It will also honor cities, provinces, real estate and industrial property developers, and technology companies that offer solutions to enhance smart solutions and convenience in urban areas.

With the theme “Data Mining - Building Smart Cities for Sustainable Development”, the Summit will provide a venue for experts and regional city leaders to share insights and visions on smart city development.

It will introduce the digital transformation program to build a smart Hanoi by 2025 with a vision to 2030, facilitate the exchange of ideas between experts and businesses on Hanoi’s smart city development, and promote cooperation between Vietnam’s capital and international IT companies.
