Hanoi has set a target that all citizens will download, activate and use the iHaNoi app to improve online interactions between citizens, businesses and local government agencies through the platform, according to a recent directive from the municipal People's Committee Chairman Tran Sy Thanh. 

He asked heads of the city's departments, agencies, districts, communes and wards to set an example by creating individual accounts on the iHaNoi app for all civil servants by July 30, 2024.

The iHanoi app, launched on June 28, will allow citizens and businesses to interact online, contributing to the perfection of digital platforms, helping provide digital services to a wider range of citizens and businesses, and making administrative procedures even more convenient.

The app also allows users to provide feedback on the local government's processes and public services.

Businesses and organizations will be able to use the app to submit their recommendations and concerns about any issues or obstacles they face when investing, producing and doing business in the city, and receive timely responses and solutions from the authorities.
