High-quality human resources still a problem in south

The Southern Key Economic Region, including Ho Chi Minh City and seven neighboring provinces, is the driving force of Vietnam’s economic, scientific, and technical development. But it is still grappling with a shortage of high-quality human resources, as the skills of individuals is out of synch with the needs of society and enterprises.
