Unveiled at an official ceremony on October 9, the three newly introduced platforms include Civic Suggestions, Business Support, and the Investment Project Digital Map. Built upon the existing Hue-S ecosystem, these digital tools aim to enhance administrative efficiency, improve public service quality, and accelerate digital transformation across municipal government operations.
Through the Civic Suggestions platform, citizens, businesses, experts, scientists, and organizations gain a dedicated digital channel to submit ideas, initiatives, and solutions for urban development. Users can submit proposals online, attach supporting documents, images, and videos, and track processing progress directly within the system.
Under municipal guidelines, designated agencies must review and provide initial responses within two business days of receiving a submission. Actionable and feasible proposals will be considered for practical integration into management, planning, and development tasks.
Meanwhile, the Business Support platform allows enterprises to submit petitions regarding operational difficulties while monitoring resolution timelines and outcomes. The city mandates that petitions be formally recorded within 30 minutes of valid system entry.
Responsible agencies must determine jurisdiction within 24 hours of receipt. For matters falling under municipal authority, verification, processing, and status updates must be completed within six working days, with a maximum seven-day extension for complex cases. These structured timelines aim to bolster operational transparency and enable business oversight.
Alongside these two platforms, the Investment Project Digital Map provides a centralized repository of off-budget projects publicly listed in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Through the interactive map, potential investors can review project locations, acreage, development sectors, land clearance status, urban planning specifications, and related legal data.
The city's relevant departments and local authorities update this data regularly, streamlining preliminary research and decision-making for domestic and foreign investors.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Hue City People’s Committee Le Tri Thanh emphasized that the three platforms establish convenient, open, and transparent communication channels between municipal authorities, citizens, and the investment community.
For the Civic Suggestions platform, municipal leaders directed local departments to rigorously review all public contributions, with plans to progressively integrate artificial intelligence to synthesize ideas.
For the Business Support and Investment Mapping platforms, officials stressed strict adherence to resolution deadlines and continuous updating of planning, land-use, and infrastructure data.
