Issues in goods distribution to be addressed

After nearly two months of applying the “green lane” concept in goods transportation, some individuals have been found to be taking advantage of it to earn a profit. Many provinces have also issued sub-licenses, making it difficult to distribute goods. The Directorate for Roads of Vietnam is taking action to address the situation.
