Japan pledges support for high-tech, green investment in Ninh Binh
Provincial authorities receive the delegation led by Japanese Ambassador to Vietnam, H.E. Ito Naoki.

During his recent working visit to Ninh Binh province in northern Vietnam, Japanese Ambassador to Vietnam, H.E. Ito Naoki, affirmed that he would support and connect Japanese businesses to invest in high-tech, clean, and environmentally friendly technologies, aligning with the province's sustainable development orientation in the new phase.

According to the Ambassador, a handover ceremony for culinary vocational training equipment took place at Ninh Binh College of Mechanics on October 3. This project not only demonstrates the strong cooperative relationship between Vietnam and Japan but also reaffirms Japan's commitment to supporting vocational education development, promoting technology transfer, and modern training methods, in line with industrialization requirements.

Beyond the education and training sector, many Japanese investment projects are also being implemented in Ninh Binh.

The Japanese Ambassador proposed several new directions for cooperation between Ninh Binh and Japanese localities and businesses across various fields, including  human resource training, heritage preservation, tourism promotion, and especially attracting investment in high-tech and environmentally friendly industries.

Ambassador Naoki affirmed that he would actively connect and promote Ninh Binh's image to Japanese investors, fostering the development of strategic cooperative relationships between Japanese localities and Ninh Binh in the coming period.

On his part, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Dang Xuan Phong said that in this new development phase, Ninh Binh wishes to continue and expand cooperation into new areas, particularly establishing a model high-tech zone and attracting investment in green, clean, and advanced technology industries.

Both sides agreed to appoint focal points for connection and to implement subsequent investment promotion steps, with a focus on developing high-tech, clean, and environmentally friendly industries. These are fields that align with Ninh Binh's goal of rapid, sustainable, and harmonious development.
