The 15^th National Assembly, during its 7^th session,  passed the Law on national defense-security industry and industrial mobilization on June 27.

The law, which includes seven chapters and 86 articles, regulates special policies for and State management  of  the development of defense and security industries and the implementation of industrial mobilization, as defined by the Constitution and laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The law will come into effect from July 1, 2025.
