The Nam Long Group has recently signed a cooperative agreement with a network of 21 strategic distribution agents, marking the beginning of its plan to launch 16,000 multi-segment real estate products over the next three years.

The agents are Nam Long Floor, T&A, CBRE, Rever, Dong Tay Land, DKRA Venus, IQI Vietnam, Cen HCM, An Khang Homes, Phu Hoang Land, Newstarland, Smartland, Broland, Titan Luxury, AuReal, GP Homes, Sai Gon Land, Era Vietnam, TPI Land, Stareal, and G-Empire.

At the signing ceremony, the Nam Long Group affirmed that this cooperation is an important milestone on its business journey, working together to bring quality products at reasonable prices and real value, meeting the actual needs of customers and accompanying the healthy and sustainable development of Vietnam’s real estate market.

It will provide new products in the fourth quarter of this year at very competitive prices and with significant value. Mr. Van Viet Son, CEO of Nam Long Land Group, said Nam Long’s products on the market today are greatly appreciated by owner-occupier customers. “Within the next three years, we will launch more than 16,000 new products to the market, concentrated in key projects and urban areas around the country, such as Akari City (8.5 ha), Mizuki Park (26 ha), Waterpoint (355 ha), Izumi City (170 ha), and Paragon Dai Phuoc (45 ha), among others.”
