The National Innovation Center (NIC) at the Ministry of Planning and Investment is conducting a survey on the support needs of businesses, especially creative startups who want to join the ecosystem.

The survey aims to clarify the difficulties, obstacles, and specific support needs of enterprises in production and business activities as well as access to capital and links with other support resources.

Information collected from the survey will help the NIC develop incentive mechanisms, propose policies to attract investment capital in innovative startups, and improve its support services.

Respondent businesses will also be able to take part in the NIC’s connected ecosystem, in which priority is given in access to domestic and foreign investment funds and Vietnam’s expert network of intellectuals in developed countries around the world.
