The Management Board of Project No.2 under the Ministry of Construction has submitted the feasibility study report of the Quy Nhon – Pleiku expressway project, which will pass through the Central Highland province of Gia Lai and the south-central coastal province of Binh Dinh.

The projected expressway will span a total length of nearly 125 km, with over 40 km running through Binh Dinh and 85 km through Gia Lai.

It has estimated investment capital of over VND43.51 trillion ($1.68 billion).

According to the report, the expressway will be constructed with four lanes and a roadbed width of 24.75 m, to be designed for a speed of 100 kph.
