The Ministry of Transport has proposed a pilot toll collection plan on nine expressways invested in by the State and to be put into operation before 2025.

Implementation will be conducted until laws are passed by the National Assembly on toll collections for expressways.
Tolls are determined on the basis of three principles. Firstly, based on the benefits and affordability of expressway users.
