Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has asked relevant ministries and agencies to ensure progress in and improve the quality of law building, particularly in simplifying administrative procedures and business conditions to create favorable conditions for businesses and individuals.
Chairing the government’s session on law building on February 27, Prime Minister Chinh also requested that ministries and sectors consult with experts and scientists and learn from international experience in building laws, the Government News reported.
Terminology in laws must be clear and concise, making implementation straightforward and feasible, he said.
Government members discussed the draft Law on People’s Air Defense; the draft Law on the Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives and Supporting Tools (revised); the draft Law on Cultural Heritage (revised); the draft law on amendments and supplements to a number of articles in the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations; and the draft law on amendments and supplements to a number of articles in the Law on Pharmacy.
They also considered proposals on building the Law Diplomatic Ranks; the Law Aviation (revised); the Law on Railway Aviation (revised); the Law on Geology and Minerals; and the Law on Digital Technology Industry.
