Most real estate segments possess growth potential

A recent survey from Vietnam Report on the prospects for the real estate market shows growth in most segments. The industrial real estate, land plot, and housing segment has the strongest growth potential, at about 11-20 per cent. The high-end and luxury segments also have a basis for high development in the near future, as the number of super-wealthy people in Vietnam continues to increase rapidly.
