More than 100,000 social houses are expected for completion by the end of 2025.

The projected Cat Lai bridge will connect Long Thanh International Airport and Ho Chi Minh City, with investment capital estimated at VND18.8 trillion ($714.8 million).

Under the plan, almost all the domestic capital from public invesment, or VND3.8 trillion (over $144 million), will be allocated to the project.

Over 4,000 real estate enterprises were established in the first nine months of the year.

Among one million social housing units by 2030 nationwide, as projected by the Government, the new city of Can Tho (which comprised former Can Tho city and Soc Trang and Hau Giang provinces) has to contribute 16,900 units.
