PV Power signed a cooperation agreement with T&T Group and the Saigon - Hanoi Bank (SHB) on November 21 with the aim of creating a high-quality partner ecosystem to bring good products and services at competitive prices to customers.
The agreement was signed in a spirit of the three parties creating the best possible conditions for cooperation in all fields, consistent with the scale and capacity of each. With T&T Group, PV Power will cooperate in researching clean energy and hydrogen green energy projects in Vietnam.
Meanwhile, PV Power and its member units will provide T&T Group with management, operations and maintenance, and repair services, and train operations and maintenance personnel at clean energy projects and power plant invested in by T&T.
PV Power will also prioritize using SHB’s financial products, including account and capital management services, financing additional working capital, project investment capital, and guarantees, payroll services and debit card issuance for employees, deposit services, corporate financial consulting services, and other services.
In particular, PV Power, T&T Group, and SHB Bank will cooperate to improve efficiency in the fields of advertising communications and brand promotions, promoting the development of information technology and digital transformation in businesses, and will share effective management and operating models and experience.
At the signing ceremony, Mr. Hoang Van Quang, Chairman of PV Power, recognized the potential for investment cooperation between the three parties. He also expressed confidence in the strength of T&T Group in investing and developing power projects, especially renewable energy, which combined with SHB, one of Vietnam’s leading commercial banks, will be a solid premise that opens up extensive investment cooperation opportunities between the three parties, best exploiting the strengths of each, to achieve the goal of comprehensive cooperation in the process of operations and development.
Mr. Do Quang Hien, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SHB and Chairman of the T&T Group’s Strategy Committee, expressed his joy at the cooperation. He hopes that after the agreement is signed, the three parties will contribute to common development, achieving positive results as soon as possible in the cooperation process.
