The People’s Committee of central Quang Binh province is calling for investors to build Con Ket urban area in Ba Don commune.

Covering over 50ha, the project will need estimated investment capital of over VND1.64 trillion ($64.4 million). Of which, construction is estimated to cost VND1.49 trillion ($58.6 million).

Over 146,900 sq m will be used for housing construction.

The project is scheduled for implementation in 9 years, from 2023 to 2031.

Registered investors are required to have a minimum ownership capital of VND271 billion ($10.6 million).

The deadline for investors to submit applications is August 10.
