SCIC able to contribute capital to BOT projects

The State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) can disburse 50 per cent of its total capital of VND65 trillion ($2.8 billion) to invest in key infrastructure projects if feasible build-operate-transfer (BOT) projects that ensure financial efficiency are found. It is therefore necessary to enhance the role of the SCIC to help the State modernize infrastructure.
