Profits of industry groups under pressure in 2H
Social distancing measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19 in Vietnam are expected to affect the profits of industry groups in the second half and there will be major differences seen between businesses in the same industry. Most industries grew by double digits in the first half of the year, except for consumer services, insurance, and food and beverages. The information technology industry is expected to recover in the 2021-2025 period.
