Amkor Technology proposes to double capacity of its semiconductor plant in Bac Ninh
The semiconductor manufacturing, assembly and testing plant's capacity is expected to increase to to 1.2 billion products annually, or about 420 tons of products.

The $520-million factory is scheduled to undergo expansion in September 2025 and enter stable production from October 2025.
