Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway given green light
Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh has approved the investment policy for the first phase of the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway project, with a total length of 53.7 km and investment of VND18.8 trillion ($822.89 million), to be built under the public-private partnership (PPP) model. The expressway will play an extremely important role in connecting major economic and urban centers.
