Real estate sector leads Vietnam’s corporate bond market in August
Real estate firms issued bonds worth more than VND22.1 trillion ($833 million) during the month.
Corporate bond issuances top $11.34 bln in 7M
Bank bonds dominating the market, accounting for 75%.
Real estate bond issuances reach $403 mln in May
Data from the Vietnam Bond Market Association revealed that in May, the whole market saw 42 separate bond issuances totaling VND46.77 trillion ($1.78 billion).
Corporate bond issuances total $4.6 bln in 5M
Banking sector accounting for the largest proportion with 67.1%.
