ETF capital set to return
Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) posted positive performance in Vietnam in October after two months of seeing strong net withdrawals. The expectation that Vietnam’s stock market will be upgraded sometime between 2023 and 2025 should help capital flows return in 2022.
