Cases include those involving the Viet A Technologies JSC, the Foreign Ministry’s Consular Department, the FLC Group, the Tan Hoang Minh Group, and the Van Thinh Phat Group.

The FLC Group and the Petroleum Trading Lao Public Company (PetroTrade) have signed an MoU on the construction of a section of the Vientiane - Vung Ang railway from Vung Ang Port in north-central Ha Tinh province to the Cha Lo Border Gate in central Quang Binh province. This is an important stretch of the railway, with a total length of about 400 km and total investment of $5 billion.
