This capital support program is not limited to the innovative startup sector, but also to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and even large-scale corporations looking to borrow capital to expand their production and business operations.

The initiative aims to realize the priorities of the ASEAN Economic Community while closely aligning the regional integration process with the southern city’s socio-economic development goals.

These linkages will focus on four key priority industries: mechanical engineering; electronics and information technology; pharmaceuticals, rubber, and plastics; and food and beverage processing.

Measures primarily include rescheduling production timelines, optimizing material inventories, and seeking alternative supply sources to counter rising fuel, logistics, and material costs.

Demand is heavily concentrated in Industrial Parks (IPs) and Export Processing Zones (EPZs), which account for over 80% of all registered vacancies.
