The new version of the exchange is designed not only as a showcase for technology but also as a functional marketplace where transactions are promoted, recorded, and tracked with full transparency.

The goal is to establish long-term capital sources for green and technology-focused credit programs, enhancing national competitiveness and promoting sustainable economic development.

The city has received commitments to participate as founding shareholders from several corporations, enterprises, and investment funds such as SOVICO, Vingroup, VinaCapital, Becamex, VNG, CT Group, Hoa Sen Group, Lotte Ventures Vietnam, and FPT.
