Three investment options for the project have been proposed, with estimated costs ranging between $1.49 billion and $2.4 billion.

Solutions aim to promote the digital economy, infrastructure development, and attract investment, with the expectation that businesses will collaborate and contribute to sustainable growth.

The project is expected for completion by 2030.

Currently, the city is home to nearly 2,200 startup businesses, hosts over 500 events, and organizes 80 startup competitions annually.
