On the afternoon of August 28 at the Nghi Son Economic Zone in northern Thanh Hoa province, the provincial People’s Committee and the Nghi Son 2 Power Company Limited inaugurated and put into commercial operations the Nghi Son 2 BOT Thermal Power Plant.
