Addressing the 2nd ASEAN - Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Summit held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on May 27. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh suggested the two blocs jointly shape a new inter-regional cooperation model.

According to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport, the city’s traffic development must be linked with neighboring provinces and be inter-regional.
